At BiggerPockets Bookstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
